There are two methods for finding a solution in the Emulex knowledge base:

• Match a word or group of words - Enter a single word or group of words to find solutions that contain the words you desire. Select a Match Method of All to match all keywords or Any to match by a single word.
  
  
• Match by Solution ID - Each solution in the Emulex knowledge base is stored by a unique four-digit number called a Solution ID. Solution IDs are received from technical support or you may remember a solution ID from a previous keyword search.

You can enter both Keyword(s) and a Phrase, if desired.
